一、Imported steam trap brand:
Cameroon Group Co., Ltd. is based on quality, science and technology, environmental protection and innovation. It provides safe, quality, convenient and reliable solution for fluid control in Europe, Continental Petroleum, Steam, Petrochemical, Electric Power, Metallurgy, Water Systems and other fields.
二、 Principle of steam trap for imported inverted bucket:
(1) Inverted bucket trap is the strongest type of mechanical trap and can resist hydraulic impact. When check devices are placed at the entrance, they can use superheated steam. In order to accurately match the pressure and load, they are widely used in valve pipelines.
(2) Inverted bucket trap, also known as inverted bucket trap, uses the principle of poor density of condensate water and steam. Its internal structure is connected with inverted bucket by lever system, which overcomes the steam pressure switch. The inside of inverted bucket trap is an inverted bucket as a liquid level sensitive part, and the opening of inverted bucket is downward. When the device starts, air and cryogenic condensate appear in the pipeline. At this time, the trap is fully open. Air and cryogenic condensate are discharged rapidly, and the device raises the temperature quickly. When steam enters the inverted bucket, the inverted bucket generates upward buoyancy, and the inverted bucket connects the lever to drive the valve core to close the valve. There is a small hole on the inverted bucket, which can discharge air automatically. When some steam is discharged from the small hole, another part of the steam generates condensate water, the inverted bucket loses buoyancy and sinks downward. The inverted bucket connects lever to drive the valve core to open the valve. When the steam enters the inverted bucket again, the valve closes again, circulates and drains intermittently.
(3) Over the years, Cameroon"s inverted bucket steam trap has determined the performance and reliability standards. The inverted bucket steam trap is the strongest mechanical trap, which works by sensing the density difference between condensate and steam.
